Tell us what kind of project, what stage, and which capacity you sit in — lender, sponsor, or LP. We respond within one business cycle with a calendar link or a clarifying question. If the project is not a fit, we say so directly. We do not chase work that is not built for the discipline.

Project type · Stage · Capacity. Six fields. No marketing list. Read by a person.
The cadence is predictable. The same discipline you'll see on the project starts here.
1. We read it — one business cycle. Every inbound is read by the principal, not a triage layer. You receive either a calendar link or a clarifying question within one business cycle.
2. A 30–45 minute call. The shape of the work, the audience you're answering to, and the realistic depth of engagement for this specific project. No deck. We ask more than we present.
3. A scoped engagement memo. If the project is a fit, you receive a written scope, fee posture, named owner, and proposed reporting cadence — in TD-B format — within the conversation cycle. If it's not a fit, you receive a direct decline with the reason.
Existing clients, referral introductions, or anything you'd rather not put through a form.
Short note in. Honest answer back.
